I am up to date with my gantt chart and I am now designing the frame set and web pages for the web site.

Friday night I handed in my Project specification on time.

Over the next couple of days I will be designing the site layout and pages.

Here is a screenshot of my original Gantt Chart which I will be using to plan my project and keep to deadlines.

Project Week 1

Before I have to start the major project I must be aware of areas of risk in the development of the solution for your client. The client has been concerned about this and wanted me to write a document to clarify some issues. The document had to address:

a) reasons why a project can fail, giving examples of past projects and why they failed
b) a general explanation of how failure can be avoided
c) an identification of the potential risks to this project, the impact that these risks could have for
your client and the avoidance techniques that can be used
I also had to do a presentation. I presented it to Karen as the client. I was a little bit nervous but at the end of the day i passed so I am happy.

{ You also need to show the progress on the project and what you have learned so far. So consider methodologies and tools, planning (you have started a Gannt chart) etc}
